2. Purpose of the processing
Your personal data will be used for one of the following purposes, in accordance with the consent you have expressly given us:
– Sending information, also electronically, about FSUB projects, activities and services, including Voluntariat UB (voluntary service UB).
– Managing the services and activities of the FSUB in which you participate, including Voluntariat UB (voluntary service UB).
– In case of assignment of image/voice rights, communicate and disseminate the activities and projects of the FSUB in which you participate.
We will not process your personal data for any purpose other than those described herein, except by legal obligation or injunction.
3. Duration
Your data will be kept indefinitely or until you ask us to delete it or until you revoke your consent. They can be kept longer only if necessary to meet legal constraints.
4. Legitimation of the processing
The basis for legitimising the processing of data lies in the express consent of the person concerned.
5. Assignment and transfer
If necessary, your personal data may be transferred to the University of Barcelona (UB) to manage your participation in training and other activities. They may also be assigned to entities responsible to call of volunteering to which you sign up. And, in the case of activities of the European Observatory on Memories (EUROM), they can be transferred to European Union bodies; in particular, to the European Commission and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency.
Also, if necessary, FSUB may provide your personal data to service providers who may act as processors of personal data.
These third companies and organizations only have access to the personal data necessary to carry out the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and may not use it in any way other than as requested by us.
Also, for the purpose of compiling statistics, FSUB may provide third parties certain user information on a dissociated and anonymous basis, e.g. public administrations financing their projects.
There will be no other assignment or international transfers of data, with the exception of cases where there is a legal constraint.
6. Rights of the interested persons
By providing us with your data, you are giving us your express consent to one of the three specified purposes of processing (as stated on the data collection media); a consent that can be revoked at any time.
In addition, you have the right to access the information we have about you, to rectify it, to delete it, to oppose its processing, to request the limitation of processing, to request the portability of your data and to bring a complaint before a Control Authority. In order to do so, you only need to communicate it by means of a signed written document, attaching a photocopy of your ID card or any other valid official document accrediting your identity, and send it to: Solidarity Foundation of the University of Barcelona, Melcior de Palau Street, 140, 08014, Barcelona; or to the e-mail of our Data Protection Delegate (DPD), dpd.solidaritatub@ub.edu.
