«Курс переходу для університету – видання Україна» – це офіційний додатковий курс університету в Університеті Барселони. Це безкоштовний курс вивчення мов (каталонська та іспанська). Надається 15 місць, призначений для студентів університетів, які опинилися в ситуації притулку через війну, розпочату в Україні 24 лютого 2022 року. Курс розпочнеться 5 може і завершиться 30 вересня 2022 року. Необхідно відвідати мінімум 80% навчальних годин.
Доступ до курсу НЕ передбачає автоматичний доступ до навчання в Університеті Барселони. Щоб отримати доступ до цього навчання, необхідно буде дотримуватися відповідної академічної процедури, яка супроводжуватиметься Програмою підтримки від Університету Барселони для біженців та людей із конфліктних зон.
Вимоги для доступу до «Перехідного курсу для навчання в університеті – видання Україна» такі:
- Мати мінімум 30 підтверджених кредитів ЄКТС (Європейська кредитно трансферна-накопичувальна система), (з двох затверджених університетських курсів). Для підтвердження цього факту необхідно надати наявну академічну документацію.
- Бути заявником на міжнародний додатковий захист або домовитися про зустріч (cita).
- Мати місце проживання в Барселоні або поблизу неї.
- Отримали доступ до території Іспанії після 1 лютого 2022 року.
- Не володіти жодною з двох мов, які вивчатимуться на курсі: ні каталонською, ні іспанською.
Пріоритет надаватиметься абітурієнтам, які бажають продовжити офіційне навчання в Університеті Барселони.
Академічна документація та підтвердження подання заявки на додатковий міжнародний захист (або, якщо це не так, форма призначення для її отримання (cita)) повинні бути додані до цієї форми. Якщо документація доступна англійською або іспанською мовами, ми будемо вдячні, якщо вона буде надана цими мовами в пріоритеті.
Серед осіб, які відповідають вищезазначеним вимогам, відбір заяв буде здійснюватися в порядку реєстрації. Кінцевий термін подання заявок – 5 може 2022 року.

The Transition Course to University Studies – Ukraine edition is an official university extension course run by the University of Barcelona (UB). It is a free language course (Catalan and Spanish). There are 15 places for students with refugee status due to the war that began in Ukraine on 24 February 2022. The course will start on 5 May and end on 30 September 2022. Students must attend at least 80% of class hours.
Completing the course does NOT give automatic access to degree courses run by the University of Barcelona. To do so, the official academic procedure must be followed. Assistance will be given in this procedure by the Programme of Support to Refugees and People from Conflict Zones.
The requirements for joining the Transition Course to University Studies – Ukraine edition are as follows:
- To have had at least 30 credits validated (i.e., to have passed two years of a university course). Any academic documentation available must be submitted to accredit this.
- To have applied for International Asylum or to have booked an appointment to apply for it.
- To be a resident in Barcelona or its suburbs.
- To have arrived on Spanish territory after 1 February 2022.
- Not to have any knowledge whatsoever of either of the languages taught on the course, i.e., Catalan or Spanish.
Priority will be given to applicants who wish to take an official course at the UB.
The academic documentation and proof of the application for International Asylum (failing which, the appointment slip to apply for it) must be attached to this form. If the documentation is available in English or in Spanish, it would be appreciated if this were provided rather than in any other language.
The selection of candidates will be made by order of submission of the applications from among the people who meet the above requirements. The submission deadline for applications is 5 May 2022.

El ‘Curs de transició als estudis universitaris – Edició Ucraïna’ és un curs oficial d’extensió universitària de la Universitat de Barcelona. És un curs gratuït d’aprenentatge d’idiomes (català i castellà). Disposa de 15 places per a estudiants universitaris en situació de refugi a causa de la guerra iniciada a Ucraïna el 24 de febrer de 2022. El curs començarà el 5 de maig i finalitzarà el 30 de setembre de 2022. Cal assistir a un mínim del 80% d’hores lectives.
Accedir al curs NO implica l’accés automàtic a estudis de grau de la Universitat de Barcelona. Per accedir a aquests estudis, caldrà seguir el tràmit acadèmic corresponent, que s’acompanyarà des del Programa de suport de la UB a persones refugiades i provinents de zones en conflicte.
Els requisits per accedir al ‘Curs de transició als estudis universitaris – Edició Ucraïna’ són els següents:
- Tenir un mínim de 30 crèdits convalidables (dos cursos universitaris aprovats). Cal aportar la documentació acadèmica de què es disposi per acreditar aquest fet.
- Ser sol·licitant de la Protecció Internacional Subsidiària o haver demanat cita per sol·licitar-la.
- Tenir residència a Barcelona o rodalies.
- Haver accedit al territori espanyol després de l’1 de febrer de 2022.
- No tenir coneixement de cap dels dos idiomes que s’impartiran al curs: ni de català ni de castellà.
Es donarà prioritat a les persones sol·licitants que vulguin continuar estudis oficials a la UB.
La documentació acadèmica i el justificant de sol·licitud de la Protecció Internacional Subsidiària (o, en el seu defecte, el volant de cita per sol·licitar-la) s’han d’adjuntar en aquest formulari. Si la documentació està disponible en anglès o en castellà, agrairem que es faciliti prioritàriament en aquests idiomes.
Entre les persones que compleixin els requisits esmentats, la selecció de candidatures es realitzarà per ordre d’inscripció. La data límit de presentació de candidatures és el 5 de maig de 2022.
